Meet the FSI Team
Bruce Reeve, LEED AP Bruce is a visionary with 35 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry. Well versed in flooring products, techniques, training and problem-solving, he brings real-world expertise to any team. From his beginnings back in the 1970s in a flooring warehouse, Bruce has worn every hat from local driver to installation service manager for a multimillion-dollar national flooring franchise. As owner of Flooring Services Inc., Bruce is active in several national trade associations.
David Smith Dave brings over 40 years’ experience in the office-interiors business and nearly seven years in the flooring business. Our lead sales consultant, Dave also excels in project management. Before joining FSI, he spent ten years as owner of an office-furniture and interiors firm. Throughout his career, Dave’s focus has been on bringing solutions to his customers in both the local and national corporate markets.
Amy Johnston With a bachelor’s degree in natural resources from the University of Michigan, Amy has acquired 17 years of operations experience in the commercial-flooring industry. She began as an inventory manager and operations assistant, then trained as a software analyst and support representative specializing in inventory, purchasing and work orders. Amy is now the FSI project estimator and coordinator, while participating in project management. She’s also a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
The highly skilled FSI installation and maintenance technicians are at the heart of each project. As Flooring Services Inc. staff members — not subcontractors — they are invested in ensuring client satisfaction every time.
Bill Sinzheimer Bill brings 37 years of experience in the flooring industry to Flooring Services Inc.. Having worked for Lee’s Carpets for 9 years, Interface for 20 years and spent 8 years in dealer sales Detroit, Bill has extensive experience in Corporate, Healthcare flooring and interiors. Now serving as an interior and flooring consultant for Flooring Services Inc., Bill always focuses on the customer first and always delivers the best product for the situation.
Keith Reeve Keith has 25 years of management experience in the service industry, so he’s well positioned to deliver customer satisfaction on every job for Flooring Services Inc.. He is an IOT Certified Mold Technician and maintains IICRC certifications in commercial carpet cleaning, hard-surface care, upholstery and fabric cleaning, as well as water-damage restoration and maintenance in addition to stone, masonry and ceramic tile cleaning.
Lawrence W. (Larry) Burgan Larry attended the University of Detroit where he received his BBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. Larry practiced as a CPA for 6 years after graduating. He has 20 years of experience working as manager in charge of Finance/Accounting and Administration of a number of service entities. In addition to being the Controller for Flooring Services Inc., Larry takes the lead on everything from accounting to marketing to human resources. He is also actively involved in business planning and development.

Although temporarily closing areas of this rehabilitation facility would have made the installers’ job easier, that was not possible in this occupied in-patient setting. FSI tackled this challenge by coordinating with the nursing staff so they were able to retain immediate access to all residents. This effort to work around the schedules and care requirements of each individual made this project painless. The finished project looks fabulous and The Lakeland Center’s routines were not disrupted.”
